Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by UniKos – Transfers & Excursions (“UniKos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and accessing our website at https://unikostransfer.com/ (the “Website”).
By booking any service with UniKos or accessing our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the services.
UniKos provides a range of premium travel services on or around Kos Island, including:
Private Transfers: Luxury ground transportation services.
Excursions: Curated guided tours and travel experiences.
Yachting Services: Yacht charter and sailing experiences (often provided through third-party partners).
Meetings & Events: Professional event planning and coordination.
Luxury Concierge Services: Bespoke, 24/7 personal assistance and arrangements.
All service bookings must be made either through the Website’s booking interface (for transfers) or via direct correspondence (email, phone, or contact form) for customized services (Excursions, Yachting, Concierge).
A booking is only confirmed once UniKos has issued a written confirmation (usually via email) and received any required deposit or full payment as detailed in our Payments Policy. Until written confirmation is issued, all bookings are provisional and subject to availability.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including flight details, hotel names, number of passengers, and special requests. UniKos is not liable for service failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
Prices for transfers and standard services are as quoted at the time of booking. Prices for bespoke services (Concierge, Yachting, Events) are based on a customized quote valid for a specific period.
All payments are subject to our Payments Policy, which details requirements for deposits, final payments, and accepted payment methods.
UniKos reserves the right to apply surcharges for unforeseen costs such as toll fees, specific regulatory requirements, or services performed outside of standard operating hours or outside of the agreed itinerary, which will be communicated to the client where possible.
All cancellations and refund requests are governed by our separate Refunds Policy. Key points include:
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Refund eligibility and amounts are based on the notice period given prior to the service start time.
Bespoke services, events, and yachting bookings may be subject to stricter cancellation terms due to third-party vendor commitments.
Airport/Port Pick-ups: We monitor flight/ferry arrivals. We include a standard waiting time [e.g., 60 minutes] from the scheduled arrival time at no extra charge.
Other Pick-ups (Hotels, Villas): A standard waiting time [e.g., 15 minutes] is included.
If the client requires a waiting time beyond the complimentary period, surcharges will apply as per the driver’s rate, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients must ensure the vehicle selected is suitable for the number of passengers and luggage. UniKos reserves the right to refuse carriage if the client exceeds the safe carrying capacity of the vehicle, with no refund issued.
UniKos operates with due care and diligence. Our liability for any loss, damage, injury, or delay is limited to the cost of the service booked. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
For services provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., Yacht Charters, specific excursions, restaurant reservations via Concierge), UniKos acts only as an agent. While we select partners carefully, UniKos shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party suppliers. Any claims related to these services must be directed to the respective supplier.
The client is responsible for their personal belongings. UniKos accepts no responsibility for items left in vehicles or at service locations. The client will be held liable for any damage caused by them or their party to the vehicle or third-party property during the service.
UniKos shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or unexpected governmental actions. In such cases, UniKos will endeavor to provide a suitable alternative service or provide a refund in accordance with the Refunds Policy.
These Terms & Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece).
The courts of Kos Island, Greece, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
