Refunds Policy

This Refunds and Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked with UniKos – Transfers & Excursions (“UniKos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and is designed to provide clarity on cancellation procedures and refund eligibility.

1. General Cancellation Terms

A. How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted to UniKos in writing via email to info@unikostransfer.com or through direct contact with your dedicated UniKos representative or throught the cancelation link you will fiind on your email. The date and time of the cancellation will be determined by the time we receive the written notice.

B. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are calculated based on the type of service and the amount of notice provided before the scheduled start time of the service. All refund calculations exclude any non-refundable third-party fees, bank charges, or administrative costs incurred by UniKos.

3. Cancellation of Excursions, Yachting Services, and Customized Bookings

Due to the complex coordination, resource allocation, and third-party commitments required for tailored excursions, yachting, events, and concierge services, stricter cancellation rules apply.

4. Exceptional Circumstances and Force Majeure

A. Cancellations by UniKos

In the unlikely event that UniKos must cancel a service due to reasons within our control (e.g., vehicle failure, staff illness where no replacement is found), the client will receive a 100% full refund.

B. External Factors (Force Majeure)

  • If a service (e.g., ferry transfer, yachting, excursion) is cancelled or severely impacted due to extreme weather, government action, natural disasters, or other factors outside of UniKos’s control (Force Majeure), we will first attempt to offer a suitable alternative date or service.

  • If no suitable alternative can be found, UniKos will refund the client the amount recovered from third-party suppliers, less any non-refundable costs, administrative charges, and documentation fees incurred by UniKos.

5. Refund Processing

A. Timeframe

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account) within [Specify Timeframe, e.g., 14 business days] of the written confirmation of the cancellation and refund amount.

B. Currency

Refunds will be processed in the original currency of payment (Euros, €). UniKos is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or fees imposed by the client’s bank during the refund process.
